The Department of “In”-Justice under the Biden regime has indicted Dr. Gal Luft, a whistleblower who had raised allegations of corruption against the Biden family, for failing to register as an agent of CEFC China Energy. This charge comes despite claims that members of the Biden family, including Hunter, James, and Sara Biden, also failed to register while purportedly receiving millions from the same Chinese energy conglomerate.
Text messages from July 2017 purportedly show Hunter Biden seeking payment from a CEFC executive, even implying a call with his father, then former Vice President Joe Biden. Ten days following this message, bank accounts associated with the Biden family reportedly received a $5.1 million wire from CEFC.
Additionally, Hunter Biden is alleged to have received a 3.16-carat diamond valued around $80,000 from Ye Jianming, the Chairman of CEFC. An email from August 2017 suggested that Ye had agreed to pay Hunter “$10 million per year for a three-year guarantee, totaling $30 million,” solely for making introductions.
Further claims include collaboration between Hunter Biden and CEFC on plans to sell US natural gas to China, with detailed maps of US natural gas reserves and an overview of the industry. In this context, Hunter was quoted saying, “The proposal I have shared with you has the added benefit of being good for both the United States and China simultaneously.”
Online commentators questioned the justice department’s apparent selective scrutiny: “Why does the mother of all FARA cases, which is the Bidens’ systemic influence-peddling on behalf of foreign governments for which they raked in millions, go unpunished?” This comment echoes a broader online sentiment that alleges favoritism towards the Biden family in relation to violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
Meanwhile, a 630-page report documenting 459 crimes committed by the Biden family and their associates receives no media attention. These alleged crimes include a multitude of business, sex, and drug-related offenses.
