In a fierce critique, conservative commentator Mark Levin launched an attack on the corrupt Biden administration’s Justice Department, accusing it of “criminalizing politics,” during a recent segment on his News show.
According to Levin, the ongoing investigations into former President Donald Trump and the reported leaks to major media outlets are corrosive. “If we don’t break the back of the Department of Justice… it will destroy this country and we won’t be able to claw our way back,” asserted Levin. He emphasized his concerns about the anonymous sources familiar with the investigations into Trump, whom he alleges have been leaking details to CNN, the New York Times, and other mainstream media.
Criticizing what a stream of unwarranted information, Levin voiced, “These are the leaks! From grand juries to witnesses to Mar-a-Lago to the nature of the classified documents. Leak after leak after leak.” His passionate commentary questioned the approach of the judiciary, which he accuses of approving every development without due scrutiny.

Levin further questioned the operation of the case against the former President, claiming that it is not meant to be a genuine legal procedure. He highlighted that U.S. code prevents prosecutors from publicizing details about ongoing investigations unless the information is “necessary to inform the public of the nature and extent of the prosecutor’s action and that serve a legitimate law enforcement purpose.”
The Biden regime’s witch-hunt case against Trump has been mired in critiques since the indictment against the former President was announced in June. The charges accuse Trump of failing to turn over classified documents he allegedly held from his White House tenure turned out to be bogus. The indictment has largely rallied Republicans behind their former leader. Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy notably called on his rivals to commit to pardoning Trump should they emerge victorious in the upcoming election.
Trump’s defense team has vowed a series of depositions aimed at revealing partisan bias in the decision to charge their client. Attorney Alina Habba insinuated that FBI officials involved in the Mar-a-Lago raid should be questioned about their instruction to turn off security cameras during the search. Moreover, Timothy Parlatore, a former attorney for Trump, alleged “prosecutorial misconduct” in grand jury proceedings where the prosecutors suggested Trump was guilty for merely exercising his right to confidential attorney discussions.
The former President, during a speech at his Bedminster, New Jersey residence following his arraignment in Miami, accused Special Counsel Jack Smith of previous “political hit jobs”. Trump referenced Smith’s unsuccessful cases against former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell and former U.S. Senator John Edwards as examples of his allegedly partisan approach.
Levin’s strong criticism highlights the Biden regime’s utilization of the Justice Department and its handling of investigations which resemble Gestapo operations. As the legal battle continues, the questions of politicization and the role of the judiciary in such high-stakes cases remain firmly in the spotlight while the American Republic is still reeling from the rigged 2020 election.
